Uddham Bazar is a marketplace platform designed to empower cooperative members and financial organization participants to list and discover products and services. It bridges the digital divide by providing easy access to online commerce for small businesses and individual sellers.

Any individual or organization member can list products and services on Uddham Bazar. Organizations can purchase point packages for their members, allowing them to list products for free. Individual sellers pay an annual listing fee.

Yes! Uddham Bazar serves customers across all provinces of Nepal. Our platform supports location-based filtering to help buyers find products and services in their area.

Listings

After registering and logging in, click on "Create Listing" in your profile menu. Fill in the product/service details including title, description, category, price, and images. Submit for approval and your listing will be reviewed by our team.

Listing verification typically takes 24-48 hours. Our team reviews listings to ensure they comply with our guidelines and provide accurate information.

Yes, you can edit your listing anytime. However, if you change the title, your listing may require re-verification.

Listings remain active for 12 months from the date of payment or point deduction. You can renew your listing before it expires to maintain visibility.

Payments

The annual listing fee is Rs. 500 (including 13% VAT) for individual sellers. Organization members with available points can list for free using their organization's point allocation.

We accept various payment methods including eSewa, Khalti, FonePay, bank transfer, and cash payments. You can also use our QR code payment system for quick transactions.

Organizations purchase point packages that allocate listing credits to their members. 1 point = 1 listing. When an organization member creates a listing, one point is deducted from the organization's pool.

Yes! Renewing an existing listing costs 50% less than the original fee. This encourages long-term sellers to maintain their presence on the platform.

Buying & Selling

Each listing shows the seller's contact information including phone number, email, and social media links. You can use the contact form on the listing page to send a message directly to the seller.

No, Uddham Bazar is a listing-only marketplace. Buyers and sellers connect directly and handle transactions between themselves. We provide the platform for discovery and connection.

Click the heart icon on any listing to add it to your wishlist. You can view all your saved items in the Wishlist section of your profile.

Account

Click "Register" in the top navigation and fill in your details including name, email, phone number, and password. Verify your account through the OTP sent to your phone or email.

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your registered email or phone number, and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Yes, go to Profile > Edit Profile to update your name, contact details, location, and other information. You can also upload a profile photo.
